Build to Suit Services



Based on the Clients requirements and specifications. As part of the “Build to Suit” services, we provide the project design and scope of work is based on the Clients requirements and specifications. A Detailed Architectural Project shall be approved or released by client, this project should define all the details and specifications regarding: general layout, soil surveys and land preparations, foundation and structure (calculation memory), different stores, finishes, doors and windows, walls and roofs with insulation factors, dock designs, offices design, restrooms, architectural facades and fences.




As part of the Project administration we provide services like: local construction permits, project/Construction Schedule, Finance survey/program and total construction control.
